Service Projects

We strive to make a positive impact by assisting local community service organizations and to help neighbors in a community through practical service projects.

Some of the service projects where we participate include:

Spring Service Project

In May, volunteers, young and old, assist elderly homeowners with trimming bushes, raking, planting flowers, cleaning gutters and getting yards ready for summer.

Leaf Raking

Our Leaf Raking Project is a partnership between Volunteers in Action and Denver Christian Middle Schools. Each year over 150 middle school students from Highlands Ranch and VanDellen Middle Schools rake leaves for elderly homeowners in Littleton, Denver, Englewood and Centennial.
